Classes and Monthly Rate
Pre-School and Tap/Jazz (45 Minute Class) $49
Tap/Jazz (1 Hour Class) $53
Ballet (1 Hour Class) $53
1 Person taking 2 Classes or 2 Siblings, 1 class each add cost of classes and then take $6 off
Example: 2-45 minute classes would be $92 or 2-1 hour classes would be $100 or 1-45 minute class & 1-1 hour class would be $96
3 or more Classes by 1 Person or Siblings total Classes equal 3 or more per week SEE MARY ANN FOR YOUR SPECIAL RATE.

EARLY PAY DEADLINE
The only payments eligible for early pay discounts are the ones that are received before the month starts of which is being paid. For example, if your first 7 lessons are paid for then an October payment received in September may take a discount of $5. The more children you have that dance or the more classes one student takes the bigger the discount.
1 Class $5 discount off Monthly Rate
2, 3 & 4 Classes $10 discount of Monthly Rate or Special Rate
5 or More Classes $15 discount off of your Special Rate

LATE RATES
Any payment received after the 30th of the month ADD $10 to the monthly rate listed in the first section.

RETURNED CHECKS
There will be a $20 returned check fee. If your check is returned we will NOT “run it back through” The person responsible for the account should come into the office or call Mary Ann with CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, A MONEY ORDER OR CASH to cover the check that has been returned. Add the $20 to the monthly rate as the discount period will have past. After the returned check has been settled, your personal checks will continue to be accepted at Pat’s School of Dance.

AUTO PAY
My favorite way to serve you! Bring in your MC or Visa based Debit Card or a MC, Visa or AMX and your payments will always be entered for you at the discount rate. Denied payments will be charged the late fee above after the 6th of the month to the discount rate as soon as the card clears. If payment can not be collected by the 30th of the month that account will be taken off of the auto pay.
